The alleged photographic evidence of the victims bruised wrist (from when Frostee wrested a cell phone from her) is dated November when the incident was alleged to have taken place in August.

The person who took the picture is out of the country and unavailable to testify on the matter.

Frostee intends to plead not guilty.
