It’s extremely difficult for a receiver that doesn’t also return kicks or punts to win the Heisman.

There are no wide receivers in the nation who make more of an impact on a game than Dwayne Jarrett.

But if Jarrett can continue to put up the numbers we’ve become accustomed to, and have another memorable catch or two (like last years 4th and 9 at South Bend), then there is no reasom to believe he won’t be in the race.

Of course this is all assuming that he gets his eligiblity reinstated by the NCAA.
