Carson was a lead by example kind of guy. He had an aura that commanded respect. If we were down, we knew he would turn things around. He was a silent leader and a playmaker.

Matt was a bit of a change in the huddle. He was louder and wasn’t afraid to keep people in line. He was more vocal and more demonstrative. And, of course, he wa also a playmaker like Carson.

John David is a bit different, too. He is calm, cool and collected. He puts people at ease. He has a quiet confidence that permeates the huddle. He is poised and very commanding.
