USC recruit Marc Tyler won the Arena Football League’s Ironman of the Year Award tonight. Tyler, who broke his leg in the playoffs, is the third USC recruit in the four-year history of the award to win, joining Jeff Byers and Brian Cushing.
The fact the award is presented by AFL commissioner Dave Baker, the father of USC offensive tackle Sam Baker, surely has nothing to do with that fact.
