In what must have been an agonizing experience for Longhorn fans, Tim Floyd’s defense prevented Texas from ever even getting into the game.

Next up for SC in its run dedicated to the memory of Ryan Francis are the #1 seeded North Carolina Tarheels.

“He could easily be here with us, enjoying this,” Stewart said. “But he is here. We’ve just got to keep doing this, because at the beginning of the season, we said we were doing it for Ryan Francis.”
