The former landlord for Reggie Bush’s parents in Spring Valley has
reached an undisclosed settlement agreement with the Bush family for
alleged unpaid rent and other losses in a case still under
investigation by the NCAA.

Michael Michaels alleged last year that Bush’s parents lived
rent-free in his house for a year while Bush was at USC, with the
understanding that Bush would be a centerpiece in Michaels’ fledgling
marketing agency after he turned pro.

Not sure what to make of the news.  I would assume that the move favors Reggie, I mean why would he settle now after all the heat has died down?  Or, maybe it’s Michaels who is finally settling and Reggie wants to put this away for good. 

At least we won’t be seeing anymore Yahoo exclusives from Dan Wetzel on purported tapes and other damning evidence.  So let’s just cross our fingers and hope we come clean from the NCAA investigations.
