Carson Palmer ranks third according to SI.com Andrew Perloff’s ranking of the 2007 season NFL quarterbacks. Palmer is beneath only Peyton Manning and Tom Brady, beating out last season’s passing leader Saints’ Drew Brees.

Matt Leinart made the top 12, which is fantastic. Even more fantastic is that Leinart beat out Vince Young, who hangs just above the halfway mark at 14.
