Trojans Gain in Coaches Poll

The 38-10 ho-hum win over Idaho didn’t hurt USC at all in the ESPN-Coaches Poll out Tuesday morning with the Trojans actually picking up four first-place viotes from the 45 they had in the preseason poll.

UCLA (1-0) improved from No. 17 to No. 14 this week with USC’s next opponent Nebraska (1-0) improving two spots from No. 19 to No. 17.
