The Harris Poll, a key element of the BCS rankings, will come out with their first weekly edition on September 23. Individual voter rankings will not be released until the final version comes out in December.

The voting pool is made up of 114 former coaches, players, administrators, and current and former media. An updated list of the panelists is being released today. You can see it after the jump.
