Cornerback Kevin Thomas said he will redshirt this season because his shoulder feels too “tight” following offseason surgery.
“I’m just trying to get it better,’’ Thomas said.
Thomas will be a fourth-year junior next year, which means he no longer is in the same class as Cary Harris and Josh Pinkard.
