Will the real USC please stand up? It was the Southern California Trojans versus the South Carolina Gamecocks at the University of South Carolina on Saturday night. And USC won. The Trojans rallied behind OJ Mayo and Daniel Hackett to an 85-75 victory over the Gamecocks in front of some 1600 spectators.

While Mayo again lived up to his potential with 29 points, it was Daniel Hackett who stole the spotlight leading the team with a triple-double, the first for USC since the 1970s, with 22 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Sophomore Dwight Lewis pumped it up with a career-best 18 points.
Get ready to carve that Turkey in front of the TV. Thanksgiving is about to be one hell of a double-header. Not only does the USC football team take on Arizona State with BCS implications, but the USC basketball team is back at San Diego on Thanksgiving night.
