Boise State football coach Chris Petersen said he is not interested in the UCLA coaching job, opened today when Karl Dorrell was fired after five seasons, the Associated Press is reporting.

“I’m not interested in that place,” Petersen told reporters at his weekly news conference Monday.

Petersen said he has not had any discussions with athletic officials from UCLA over the Bruins’ coaching vacancy.

Petersen is 23-2 in two seasons with the Broncos.
