Wide receiver Carl Moore, the No. 1-rated JC prospect in the nation, committed to Florida yesterday. It doesn’t hurt that his girlfriend is expected to receive a gymnastics scholarship. But the fact Moore, who is from Northern California, chose the Gators over USC once again shows who the biggest rival is in recruiting these days.
