Anyone that knows anything about USC, knows the school is famous for three things: Sports, Education and Parties, and not necessarily in that order. One stop at a USC tailgate and you know there’s no close party rival. As reported on Sketchy Town, a party planner going by the alias of Mr. Al Ligator, with the aid of a little thing called Facebook, planned “the most epic party you have ever seen.” The party-planners had over 1800 RSVPs, of which a steady stream of 1000 people came to attend.

What began as an elaborate “Around the World” block party on 30th street between Orchard and Hoover soon turned into sheer chaos, with police officers blocking all traffic, helicopters circling the scene, and crowd control squads descending upon the normally peaceful street festooned in full riot gear.
