Sean Salisbury, seen here with Scott Podsednik’s Playboy Playmate wife, Lisa Dergan, hosted NFL Live Monday, seemingly without a care in the world. A few folks in Bristol knew that his contract meeting was on the horizon; nobody thought too much of it because, despite his repeated, on-air mistreatment of NFL reporter John Clayton, and his weeklong suspension for talking cell phone photos of his package and showing them to co-workers, Salisbury was actually well-liked on the ESPN campus. As we hear it, the former NFL backup QB was always up for a hit on Sportscenter or ESPNews, friendly with the low-paid grunts (much moreso than Dana Jacobson, apparently), and, when the cameras were off, a decent guy.
