So the Pete Carroll original video we posted yesterday was for whatever reason, removed by Youtube… Maybe the haters brought it down, or maybe it was just too inspirational, that people’s hearts were exploding. So we have replaced the video with one of Pete Carroll discussing the 2008 season. The original text explaining the first video, however, is still below:

You ever wondered what it takes to win forever? One word: WORK. Take a glance at this video posted on youtube by PeteCarrollTV. Coach Carroll opens up the first competition Tuesday of the Spring and lays down the groundwork for the upcoming season. Rule #1: Protect your team. Rule #2: No lying, no complaining, no excuses. Rule #3: Be early. And as Pete Carroll reminds the team:

“Every step you take out there is making you who you are. That’s how we do this now. There aint no smoke and mirrors now. There aint no B.S. here. You do it by the way you work.”

And this video came out just in time. With the current USC football/basketball void, I was just about going through withdrawals.
