The word at yesterday's practice was that tight end Xavier Grimble of Las Vegas was actually considering committing to USC during his weekend visit.

Xavier is the top rated TE in the nation.  The news comes as a surprise because many believe Xavier is a lean to Oklahoma.  Definitely a good sign that 1) he's even at the 1st day of Spring practice and 2) that he's showing interest in SC.
