As we already know, the Redskins hosted USC quarterback Mark Sanchez on an official visit over the weekend. Owner Dan Snyder, personnel chief Vinny Cerrato and head coach Jim Zorn were all in attendance. And we even know what Sanchez had for dinner — thanks to a press release from the restaurant:

"Friday night, guests at DC's hot spot IL MULINO NEW YORK on Vermont Ave. were in awe to see USC Quarterback Mark Sanchez, Redskins Owner Dan Snyder, Executive VP Vinny Cerrato, Head Coach Jim Zorn, and the Skins QB Coach. They began their evening by first enjoying some drinks outside on the patio, then all ventured inside to dine. With the NFL DRAFT upon us, they held their secret meeting in the Private Room in the back of the restaurant. The 6'3", 225 lb. Trojan from Mission Viejo, CA dined on a PASTA TRIO and a 16oz VEAL CHOP. He definitely cleaned his plate!!"

Zorn is the Redskins' quarterbacks coach, so I'm not sure who the restaurant was referring to. I still don't think the Redskins will be able to land Sanchez, so they'll likely end up with more egg on their face. Meanwhile, Jason Campbell must feel like "Mister cellophane."
