braylon-edwardsBraylon Edwards, the struggling receiver of the Cleveland Browns, has allegedly been dealt to the New York Jets. We wrote this at 5:15 yesterday. Less than 15 hours later, Edwards is allegedly a member of the Jets. Adam Schefter breathlessly called into Mike & Mike’s Radio show moments ago to break the news. One problem: Schefter has no confirmation of the deal, nor does he have what the Jets gave up. Schefter mentioned that last night, talks included undrafted special teams player Jason Trusnik, who went to Ohio Northern. [UPDATE: Jay Glazer says the Jets gave up two picks and WR Chasi Stuckey]. [Excuse us for a moment while we open the window and shout BRAYLON EDWARDS IS A NEW YORK JET! BEST RECEIVER THIS FRANCHISE HAS HAD SINCE KEYSHAWN JOHNSON!]
