Vintage AT&T:

They get owned in commercials by Verizon for their poor 3G coverage, so they first file a lawsuit, then hire Luke Wilson and launch a series of ads that fire back but don’t refute the core claim of the Verizon ads (b/c they can’t – they’re true).

iPhone owners consistently rank AT&T service as BY FAR the worst part of the iPhone experience, they release an app that lets you report bad service areas – but requires having service at the time to do so. (D’oh!)

Note to the ad wizards at AT&T – next time you guys spend millions on a rebranding, maybe you should look into a more fitting logo.

(Hat tip to Kevin for pointing out the massive flaw in the AT&T app.)
