• Starred at wideout as a senior in 2009, earning accolades such as USA Today All-USA first team, Parade All-American, EA Sports All-American first team, Super Prep All-American, Prep Star All-American, Max Preps All-American first team, Super Prep Elite 50, Prep Star Dream Team, Super Prep All-Midwest Offensive MVP, Prep Star All-Midwest, EA Sports Illinois MVP, Chicago Tribune All-State first team and Chicago Sun Times All-Area first team
• Had 64 receptions for 1,151 yards (18.0 avg.) with 13 TDs in 2009
• As a junior in 2008, he made Chicago Sun Times All-Area first team
• Had 60 receptions for 948 yards (15.8 avg.) with 9 TDs on offense and made 150 tackles as a defensive back in 2008
