Since 2007, VIZIO has recognized the professional football player who has performed above and beyond expectations, relative to his contract, with its VIZIO TOP VALUE PERFORMER award.

This years winner is former Trojan WR and NY Giant Steve Smith. Smith caught 107 passes for 1,220 yards and had 7 TDs. Last year his annual salary was a little more than $460,000. Smith beat out Ray Rice, Vincent Jackson, Mike Sims-Walker and Elvis Dumervil.

This is the second year in a row a Trojan has won this award. Last years winner was Matt Cassel.
