I really wish it was because they spent the money on building a new Babylon, buying a high-tech army of Stark Enterprises-built robotic super soldiers, or even just constructing a football stadium for the future Baghdad NFL franchise; I’m guessing most of it went to warlords, whores and Halliburton.
