Formerly “Commons” and the Norman Topping Student Center, Ron Tutor pledged the lead gift to construct and get his name on this magnificent $150 million Campus Center.

The USC graduate and Trustee made his fortune in construction, doing the SF Int’l Airport Expansion and the Wynn Encore Hotels. Recently it has been rumored that he and Tom Barrack are in talks to buy Miramax from Disney for around $600-700 million.
