40 Celebrities Who Are Registered Republicans

I share this not because I’m trying to become Us Weekly, but to simply ask the question, where are some of these celebrities when their party has needed them most?  Obviously the GOP needed no assistance from Heather Locklear or Sarah Michelle Gellar or The Rock in 2010, but what about ‘06 or ’08? If the party’s going to accept pretty faces with little or no political experience, why not go all the way and embrace some professionally pretty faces instead?

And what of registered Republican 50 Cent? Who wouldn’t want to see him in an anti-gun control ad with Sarah Palin?
