Comcast’s first act as NBC Universal’s new owner is to demote the peacock: It’ll still be spreading its wings proudly on NBC, CNBC and MSNBC, they just (a) killed it and the remnants of the Universal globe that had been merged in the previous NBC Universal iteration and then committed the far more heinous sin of (b) officially renaming the company from the acceptable “NBC Universal” to the cap camel nightmare “NBCUniversal”. 

Not a good start for the Kabletown regime.
