Robert Woods will miss the rest of spring practice to get over his offseason ankle surgery.

Center Khaled Holmes (calf), tight end Xavier Grimble (toe), running back Buck Allen (hamstring) and receiver George Farmer all missed practice. DB transfer from Florida Josh Shaw also sat out practice with a rib injury. Shaw is still waiting to hear from the NCAA if he will be eligible next season. Tight end Junior Pomee missed practice due to a death in the family. Safety Drew McAllister and linebacker Marquis Simmons both left practice early with injuries.

Offensive tackles Kevin Graf and Aundrey Walker switched sides on the line. Walker worked the left side and Graf went back to the right side.

Marqise Lee and cornerbacks Nickell Robey and Tony Burnett will participate in USC’s Trojan Invitational track meet Saturday morning before the Trojans’ 11 a.m. scrimmage at the Coliseum.
