USC undergraduate and current Notre Dame law school student, Brenday Loy, lets us relive the excitement of the final two plays from the opposite side of the field.

(NOTE: you will not be able to see the plays so much, but just feel the whole crowd in the moment of one of college football’s greatest games.)

  1. Watch the video clips over and over guys. You will see that your so called “victory” is tainted, because Leinhart got stopped on the last play, then Bush pushed him in the endzone. Hate to break this to you, but that is against the rules of NCAA football. 5 yard penalty. Had he not been pushed, he wouldn’t have gotten in because Brandon Hoyte was right there. Don’t believe me? Just watch the replay. The games-won-by-not-cheating streak ended at 27.

  2. thanks for the “breaking” news story. had that penalty been called for the first time in college football, USC would have moved back 5 yards and punched it in from there.

glad to see you think all previous 27 games were won without cheating though. surely you can’t think that we’ve won all those consecutive games by just being good?

  3. This game showed how overrated usc is. they barely beat the #9 team in the country. and this is because usc’s great quaterback can’t hold onto the football and they don’t get called for obvious penalties. sadly, the heavily underrated notre dame team was usc’s toughest matchup in their pathetic marshmellow schedule. and congrats on the big win over washington, they’re always a tough opponent.
