While running the scout team offense, Fred Davis has been wearing a No. 10 jersey, mimicking the running style of Texas quarterback Vince Young.
Davis has seen a substantial increase in playing time and production this season–essentially becoming a co-starter at tight end along with Dominique Byrd.

Fred Davis played QB in high school, but Mark Sanchez is mimicking more of Vince Young’s passing game.
