Ohio State topped Notre Dame 34-20 tonight in the Fiesta Bowl. I report this news for two reasons:

  1. As a Trojan fan, we always enjoy a good Irish loss.
  2. I’m officially placing the over-under on the “USC barely beat Notre Dame, and Texas barely beat Ohio State, and Ohio State beat ND, therefore Texas is going to beat SC” article at 12 hours.

    Actually Ryan Abraham of Rivals.com preempted any of that nonsense with a whole article dedicated to the unsound use of the transitive property of inequalities
