The top basketball recruit in the nation was surrounded by the football team on Saturday with chants of “O.J.! O.J.!”

The 6-foot-4 point guard from Cincinnati said, “This is the first school on my list.”

But hopes of a public commitment were dashed when a scheduled news conference was put on hold once again.

  1. O.J. Doesnt play football!!…he plays basketball why would he be at football practice????

  2. OJ MAYO is from Huntington, West Virginia not Cincy. That boy is going to tear it up at USC. My only hope is that he plays 2 years instead of one before he goes to the League. 2 years will be enough to turn the program around just like Coach Carroll turned the football team around. GO TROJANS!
