In case you missed it, college football’s oldest living legend, Joe Paterno, had a bit of an accident on Saturday against Wisconsin, breaking his leg when an opponent’s helmet rammed his 79-year old knee.
Paterno had surgery on Monday to repair ligament damage and a broken tibia, and most impressively, plans to coach the Nittany Lions on Saturday against Temple.
Everyone here at TrojanWire wishes him a speedy recovery — we hope to see JoePa sprinting the sidelines, cheeks-clenched, in no time.
