So allow us to bring a ceremonious end to Hippie Beatin’ Week 2006, with casual reminiscing about that 4th down play, probably the best 4th down play call of the Kiffin era that WASN’T 82 Sluggo Win…stacking the line, making it look like an obvious run….and then the soft pass to a wide-open Steve Smith. Oh yeah, just let the juices of that moment run down your face like an overripe piece of fruit. Cal fans, you guys wouldn’t know, but it tastes SO good.
