I am a great athlete but, have never been able to perform on the Football field due to my own down falls. If given the oppertunity to play I GARANTEE I WILL be an Automatic Stand out. With hard work and determination I will become one of the best Line Backer that you have ever seen. I bring intensity to the field and most importantly I will play the game smart. My name is Courtney Witt and I have played at the Quarterback position for the past 3 years. I no longer play due to personal and family issues. I played at North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA and learned how to run the spread offense from an elite coaching staff led by Head/ Quarterback coach Bob Sphire. I did not start due to lack of self confidence as well as my lack of trust in the Lord. I also see myself as more of a pro style Quarterback and i did not fit in to well with the spread. I also played behind a very highly recruited athelte named CJ uzomah who was recently recruited by USC head coach Lane Kiffin. Among other great opportunities I have had in high school I had the opportunity to learn from QB Michael Tamburo who is currently at Boise State. I am 6’2, 175lbs and I am most likely headed to Southern Cal in the fall of 2011 to study kinesiology and was wondering what the conditions were for trying out and hopefully making a greatly noticed impact to the Trojan football program.
