It is definitely the off-season for college football because at USC, they’re trying to make everything into a game.

The Redistricting Game allows users to pretend that they are members of the State Legislature and learn how to abuse the system.

While the intent is good–to show that the system can be abused–I have to question, however, why we’d want to be training potential future legislators in how to exploit the system’s weaknesses?
