The rise of the Trojans under Tim Floyd 
also has something to do with the recruiting efforts of Arnold. One of
Rivals.com’s top 25 recruiters in 2006, he has secured one of the best
classes in school history for 2007. It’s a group that Rivals ranks
third nationally, and it includes five-star guard O.J. Mayo.
Arnold had a brief taste of head coaching, spending two years at the
helm of junior college power College of Southern Idaho before jumping
back into the Division I ranks.

Gib has done a great job recruiting.
