The game is available on Xbox 360, Xbox, PS3 and PS2, but not PSP (and there is no news of its upcoming release).

I’m fairly certain active players can’t be on game covers. An image seen as endorsing it or some such. Previous covers have included Desmond Howard, Reggie Bush, and now Jared Zabrensky, all had moved on by the time they appeared on the cover.

Andy is correct. Current players cannot be on the cover of the NCAA video game. They cannot profit from their likeness.
