Public records show that Bush paid 4.7M for the trilevel house that agents call “the hood ornament of Hollywood Hills.”

Features in the house, which was built in 1953 but left untouched until an interior designer purchased it in the summer of 2003, include glass entry doors opening to a soaring, 23-foot-high living room ceiling, a penthouse master bedroom suite, six baths, a home theater, a playroom with a pool table and three TVs, an Asian-themed guest suite, a spa, a yacht-inspired ironwood party deck with a pool, an elevator, a dining gazebo, a bar, a silver padded dining room, a floating glass library loft, and a platinum kitchen with Viking and SubZero appliances.

Not bad… for an offseason house.
