Carroll unexpectedly stops practice as policemen enter the room. The uniformed men take Everson Griffen and escort out of the room, for allegedly abusing freshman Matt Meyer. As reported on the OCregister.com, Griffen had this to say of the prank:

“I was prepared for it, but I had to go in with my hoody on because I would have busted out laughing and everybody would have known.”
