  1. i am an assistant high school coach the biggest problem at our school is dicipline the players don’t respect the coaches and the coaches don’t respect the players.i would say it’s all about winning but our program is not a winner as far as state championships i think the biggest problem is they don’t know these kids or the everyday struggles these kids face.they just want to label them as trouble makers
