I was just in Florida visiting family and it was amazing to see all the new housing that had been built that’s just empty. I was visiting some relatives in a relatively upscale property development in south Florida that is 2,500 homes and the initial phase sold out quickly, and many people who lived there decided to invest in the last phase of development and buy some units in order to resell them–and it’s like it’s a movie set or something. It’s like a neutron bomb went off, there’s no one there.
