The Lab at 3500 S Figueroa (213.743.1843) is a new bar near the Galen Center run by USC Hospitality.

The beer list is 40-deep, with foamy drafts like Firestone Double Barrel Ale and Fat Tire, bottles like Chimay Triple White and Old Rasputin Stout, and oversized bottles like Escondido’s Arrogant Bastard Ale

Hopefully this paves the way for a return of Julie’s and the double-decker drunk bus.
