Check out the new rings celebrating both the 2008 Pac-10 title and 2009 Rose Bowl championship. Players and coaches should receive their rings in the next two months. No word yet on whether I will be receiving one.

Here are some of the highlights of this years ring.

23 round diamonds that surround the center “SC” representing USC’s 23 Rose Bowl championships.

Seven square “baguette” diamonds on the left and right sides of the four-tiered face of the ring to signify seven consecutive 11-win seasons and seven straight BCS bowl game appearances.

The right shank of the ring includes the player or coach’s last name and “7 Consecutive” over the Pac-10 logo to represent the seven conference titles in a row.

The left shank of the ring contains “23 Rose Bowl Championships” (the most by any school), the score of the 2009 game, the Rose Bowl logo and the year.
