This game was an experience to be at. Despite criticism of Jim Tressel’s game management, Ohio State played great and exactly like they planned. Matt Barkley got handed one opportunity to win an epic game, and he did. In dramatic fashion.
Not sure there has been a more thrilling win in the Carroll era other than Notre Dame 2005.

In the heat of battle, Marcus Allen was on the sidelines — yelling at Everson Griffen, to his face, calling him a pussy, and demanding that he anchor the defensive line. He did.
These guys showed a lot of moxie. Getting it done. Joe is splitting to the NFL next year, so if there is a year for these two, this is the year.
