Jeremiah Masoli is learning the hard way, it’s probably not a good idea to mess with the SAE bros. After a long investigation Masoli, Oregon’s stud QB and SC killer last year, is being charged with second degree burglary. Masoli and wide receiver Garrett Embry are accused of stealing two computers and a guitar from the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house on January 25th. Masoli and Embry will be arraigned in Lane County Circuit Court late Friday afternoon.
In other Oregon Ducks criminal news, LaMichael James, Oregon’s stud RB and SC killer last year, will change his plea in the domestic assault case against him Friday morning at the Lane County Circuit Court. James originally pleaded not guilty to to five misdemeanor charges, including two counts of fourth-degree assault and two counts of physical harassment. James is accused of strangling his girlfriend, or a nicer way of putting it, “pushing her down by her neck”.
Maybe Masoli, Embry and James can all carpool to the Lane County Circuit Court on Friday. Go green!
**UPDATE**
LaMichael James pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor harassment charge and has been sentenced to 10 days in jail and 24 months probation.
Jeremiah Masoli and Garrett Embry both pleaded guilty to burglary charges. They will each get 12 months probation, have to serve 140 hours of community service and will owe restitution due in 10 days. The restitution is more than $5,000.
