Recruiting: Marquis Jackson Signs With Texas Southern University

Former SC commit and younger brother of Malik Jackson has signed with Texas Southern University. It never seemed like Marquis was going to end up a Trojan so this isn't a big surprise.  What is surprising is his college choice – Texas Southern University, really?  Definitely points to academic issues.
