I embarrassed him in front of his children and the world by healing at a pace that his un-evolved mind cannot process…. I’ve spent, I think, close to the last decade, I don’t know, effortlessly and magically converting your tin cans into pure gold. And the gratitude I get is this charlatan chose not to do his job, which is to write.

Charlie Sheen, during a call-in to the Alex Jones radio broadcast earlier this week, on the subject of Two and a Half Men creator/showrunner Chuck Lorre, who used his ‘famed vanity card’ at the end of the show to make light of Sheen’s recovery. He continued his rant in an open letter to TMZ and by the next day, CBS had  already responded, canceling the show and depriving us the opportunity of watching a bottomless pit of greed and lack of dignity force these two men to work together.  (Thanks to Colin for the link.)

I have a lot of work to do to be able to return the support I have received from so many people. I want to say ‘thank-you’ to my fellow cast members, the crew of Two and a Half Men, and everyone at CBS and Warner Bros., especially Les Moonves and Bruce Rosenblum for their concern and support. And to my fans, your good wishes have touched me very much. Like Errol Flynn, who had to put down his sword on occasion, I just want to say, ‘thank-you.’
