USC had most players selected to the Pac-12 first team with seven (Stanford had six and Oregon had five). Robert Woods was the only unanimous selection. Marqise Lee and Dion Bailey mark the first time that offensive and defensive freshmen of the year are from the same school.

Marqise Lee and Dion Bailey are Freshman Offensive and Defensive Players of the Year. Bailey led the team with 81 tackles and finished the year with two sacks, two INTs and a forced fumble. Marqise finished with 73 catches for 1,143 yards and 11 TDs. Lee will share the award with Oregon’s De’Anthony Thomas.

Matt Barkley is the Pac-12 player of the week for the 4th time this season. Barkley completed a school-record 35 of 42 passes (83%) for 423 yards and 6 TD passes in Saturday’s 50-0 stomping over FUCLA. One more year….
